Method
- Divide the shredded iceberg lettuce evenly between 4 bowls or meal prep containers as the base.
- Layer the crumbled bacon, seeded diced tomatoes, banana peppers, diced pickles, diced ham, and diced turkey over the lettuce in each bowl.
- In a small jar or dressing container, whisk together the red wine vinegar and dried oregano. Add olive oil if using and stir to combine.
- For immediate serving, drizzle dressing over each bowl and toss gently before eating. For meal prep, store dressing separately and add just before eating.
Notes
Seed your tomatoes to prevent soggy bowls. Add more oregano than you think you need for the best flavor. Store assembled bowls without dressing for up to 5 days in the fridge.
